*Every wedding is unique! Rates may be pre-adjusted based on additional session requirements, such as travel distance or add-ons. Ask about elopements and engagement sessions.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does my Package include a print release?
Yes! Every package includes a print release for limited personal use of the photos produced.
How will I receive my photos?
After we edit your photos, we'll upload them to a private client gallery. Once we receive your payment, we'll send you a link to your gallery and you can download your photos.
Do I have to pay a deposit to reserve my session?
No, we do not charge upfront. However, you will not receive a link to your photo gallery until payment is rendered in full. We will complete a contract to reserve your session and agree to payment.
Why are there more photos in my gallery than I paid for?
We deliver a minimum number of finished, edited photos based on your contracted photo package, and we strive to select the best photos from your session to include in your package. But sometimes, there are just too many good photos and we're too proud of them not to share them with you.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Not at all. While we do offer prints directly through our client portal for your convenience, you can print your digital downloads at any print shop of your choice.
Will there be a second shooter?
Cameron & Kaitlyn are a team! You will always get both of us if we are both available. For wedding packages, which we believe require the full coverage of a second shooter, we will do our best to find a replacement if either of us is unable to attend. In the event only one photographer is available, you will receive a substantial discount on your photos.
Can I extend my session on the day of?
Yes, as long as we're available. If your session time runs out and you have more modeling left in you or just need more coverage, you can either upgrade your session to the next package tier or add a charge for additional time. The pricing of your session will change to reflect the pricing of the upgraded package or value of time.
